Terms & Conditions

- The Venue reserves the right to conduct security searches and confiscate any item that, in the opinion of the Venue, may cause danger or disruption to other persons at the Venue. This includes carrying items not permitted in the Venue such as: (a) illegal substances, (b) laser pens, (c) animals (except guide dogs), (d) your own food and drink(s), (e) any item that may be interpreted as a weapon (including sharp or pointed objects such as knives). Notwithstanding anything else in the Terms and Conditions, neither the Venue nor any other party involved in the organizer will be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to confiscated items.
- Personal arrangements including travel, subsistence, hospitality, or accommodation relating to the Ticket are at your own risk. Neither the Venue nor any other party involved in the Event or any of the Organizers shall be liable for any loss or refund.
- All Tickets are for personal use only. The resale or use of Tickets for any form of business or commercial activity is strictly prohibited.
- The Venue or any party involved in the Event organizer reserves the right to refuse your entry and/or eject you from the Venue (and may take appropriate action to enforce this right) in circumstances, including without limitation: (a) health and safety or licensing reasons, (b) behavior in a manner that has or is likely to affect the enjoyment of other persons at the Event, or (c) if you use or display threatening, abusive, or insulting words or mannerisms or behave in a manner that may provoke a breach of the peace, (d) if, in Venue’s sole discretion, you appear to be acting under the influence of alcohol or drugs, (e) if you fail, when required, to produce proof of identity or age, (f) if you refuse to comply with any search required by the Venue or security on-site, (g) if you fail to comply with customs and standard practice of the territory of the Venue in regards to dress code and such, (h) if you breach these Conditions, or (i) if your Ticket is void. No refund is made if you are refused entry or ejected.
- Any Ticket obtained in breach of the T&C will be void.
- If you have any special access requirements or concerns about any special effects (including but not limited to lighting, sound, or audiovisual), which may be featured at the Venue, please raise this requirement prior to purchasing your Ticket.
- The latecomers' policy is applicable and must be understood and followed when coming to the Venue.
