Terms & Conditions

All Tickets are sold subject to these Terms and Conditions as well as Eventbuz terms and conditions published on the website and application. Please read the T&C carefully before purchasing your Ticket and raise your queries before purchase. Your purchase of a Ticket constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- The Ticket you are purchasing is an Entry Access to the Event themed night taking place in the Venue.
- Tickets are sold subject to the Venue and the Event rights to alter the advertised Event as reasonably necessary. No refund will be owed should a change to the advertised Event line-up occur. Tickets are non-refundable
- You must present a copy of the E-Ticket sent to your Email to gain access to the Venue and you must keep possession of such Ticket or equivalent (i.e. wristband), at all times.
- Your Ticket may be invalidated if any part of it is removed, altered or defaced. No duplicate of this document will/can be issued by Eventbuz nor will Eventbuz will be responsible to replace lost Emails or printed copies of these Emails.
- Tickets are sold subject to the Venue or the Organizer rights to alter the advertised access to the Venue as reasonably necessary. No refund will be owed should a change to the advertised entrance line-up occur. Tickets are non-refundable.
- The use of any equipment for recording or transmitting by digital or other means, any visual or audiovisual in the Venue is strictly forbidden. You may take your phone into the Venue but you expressly agree not to use it to record and/ or transmit the performance. No flash photography or recording devices of any kind are allowed.
- No outside food or beverage is allowed inside the Venue.
- No professional cameras (those with a detachable lens) or any digital cameras, video and audio recording devices (including GoPros or tablets) of any kind are allowed to the Venue.
- All Tickets should not be altered, modified, copied or reproduced in any way.
- No party involved in this Ticket is responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items.
- If before or during your attendance to the Venue you have a complaint in relation to your Ticket, please speak to Venue representative or contact us at support@eventbuz.com to investigate further.
- Local governmental rules and regulations apply at all times and Ticket Holder is responsible to follow them.
- You hereby agree to Data protection policy as per local laws and regulations.
- The Ticket holder must comply with the Venue and general safety regulations and announcements when attending the Venue. You attend the Venue at your own risk. This includes without limitation health, safety and security. No party involved in the Ticket has responsibility for injury, loss, theft or cost as a result of attending any Venue included in your Ticket. In particular, we cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of the Ticket purchased by the Customer.
- By purchasing Ticket, you give your express consent to your actual or simulated likeness to be included for no fee within any film, photography, audio and/or audiovisual recording to be exploited in any and all media for any purpose at any time throughout the world. This includes but is not limited to filming by the police or security staff, which may be carried out for the security of Customer or the prevention of crime. If you don’t wish to be featured you must inform the Event team in advance.
- The Venue reserve the rights to conduct security searches and confiscate any item, which in the opinion of the may cause danger or disruption to other persons at the Venue, or you carry one of the items not permitted in the Venue such as: (a) illegal substances, (b) laser pens, (c) animals (except guide dogs), (d) your own food and drink(s), (e) any item which may be interpreted as a weapon (including sharp or pointed objects such as knives). Notwithstanding anything else in the Terms and Conditions, neither the Venue or any other party involved in the organizer will be liable for any loss, theft or damage to confiscated items.
- Personal arrangements including travel, subsistence, hospitality or accommodation relating to the Ticket are at your own risk. Neither the Venue nor any other party involved in the Event or any of the Organizer shall be liable for any loss or refund.
- All Tickets are for personal use only. The resale or use of Tickets for any form of business or commercial activity is strictly prohibited.
- The Venue or any party involved in the Event organizer reserve the right to refuse your entry and/or eject you from the Venue (and may take appropriate action to enforce this right) in circumstances, including without limitation:(a) health and safety or licensing reasons, (b) behavior in a manner that has or is likely to affect the enjoyment of other persons at the Event or (c) if you use or display threatening, abusive or insulting words or mannerisms or behave in a manner which may provoke a breach of the peace,(d) if, in Venue’ sole discretion, you appear to be acting under the influence of alcohol or drugs (e) if you fail, when required, to produce proof of identity or age, (f) if you refuse to comply with any search required by the Venue or security on side,(g) if you fail to comply with customs and standard practice of the territory of the Venue in regards of dress code and such, (h) if you breach these Conditions or (h) if your Ticket is void. No refund is made if you are refused entry or ejected.
- Any Ticket obtained in breach of the T&C will be void.
- If you have any special access requirements or concerns about any special effects (including but not limited to lighting, sound or audiovisual), which may be featured at the Venue, please raise this requirement prior purchasing your Ticket.
- Latecomers policy is applicable and must be understood and followed when coming to the Venue.
